If you sell parts online, we can make and ship each order as it comes in. You list the product in your store at your own price. When a customer buys, your system places an order with us. We charge your card on file, build the parts, ship them to your customer, and tell you the tracking number. You never hold stock.

You need a key tied to your customer account. Request one and say you want to sell on demand.

How it fits together

1. Define the product	Send us the recipe (operations per unit), the files, and the variants. See Products and variants.
2. We approve and price it	A person at Glyph reviews it and sets a unit price per variant, with quantity breaks. You get a webhook, or poll.
3. Save a card	One hosted page, once. See Card on file.
4. Orders flow	Your store sends each order to POST /api/intake/orders with the customer's address. We charge, build, ship. See Orders.
5. Tracking flows back	An order.shipped webhook carries the carrier and tracking number for your store to show the customer.

What you set, what we set

You set the retail price in your store, the product names and images your customers see, and which variants exist. We set the unit price we charge you, the lead time, and the shipping weight. The difference is your margin.

Timing

Lead time is per variant and shown on the product. An order is charged when it arrives, released to the shop by a person at Glyph, built, and shipped. Status moves paid → in_production → shipped, and each step can trigger a webhook.

Cancelling

You can cancel an order through the API until we release it to production. A paid order is refunded in full. After release, contact us.

A Shopify app. Today you connect with the API, or with Shopify Flow, Zapier, Make, or a small script. See Shopify and other stores.
