We ship from our shop in Upstate South Carolina by USPS, labeled through Shippo.

Rates

Rates are quoted live for each order from our origin to ship_to, for the whole order as one parcel. The parcel weight is the sum of each variant's shipping weight times its quantity; the box is the largest variant dimensions in the order. We set those weights and dimensions when we approve the product. The rate is charged at cost, with no handling fee, and shows on the order as shipping_cents.

shipping.method picks for you: standard is the cheapest USPS service, expedited the fastest. To show choices to your customer, call the rates endpoint first and pass the chosen rate_id.

Tracking

When we ship, the order's shipment is filled in and an order.shipped webhook fires:

Pass the tracking number to your store so it can mark the order fulfilled and notify your customer.

Packaging

Parts are packed for transit. If your product needs specific packaging, say so in the product's notes; it becomes part of the review.

Limits today

USPS only, within the United States. We will add carriers and countries and announce them in the release notes.
One shipment per order. Split a large order into several orders if you need separate shipments.
