Billing

Card-on-file status and setup.

GET/api/intake/billing

Returns { card_on_file, brand, last4, setup_at, next }.

POST/api/intake/billing

Start card setup. Optional body { return_url } (https). 201 { url, expires_at, note }. The URL is a Stripe-hosted page; open it in a browser. 400 bad return_url; 502 could not start; 503 not configured.

Both need a key tied to a customer (403 otherwise). Billing is configured per customer account, not per key: every key on the account shares the card.
